My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were decked in tasteful MU memorabilia, but a bit sparse on furnishings, which was expected for a football-themed hotel. The shower was powerful and spacious, providing a great experience. The service was pleasant overall, with some slight delays in attention but overall helpful and efficient. The location was excellent, with a last-minute upgrade to a stadium view room exceeding my expectations. The dining experience offered a good range of options, although the breakfast fell short. The facilities were convenient and well-equipped with easy access to the city center. Ultimately, a decent value for the stay.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, starting with a wow factor experience traveling from California to see a match at Old Trafford and even meeting Ryan Giggs at a reception in the hotel's Stadium Suite. The room was excellent with a big comfy bed, nice and quiet, blackout curtains, and an excellent rainfall walk-in shower. However, the only downside was the absence of a bath.

I had a comfortable and spotless stay at this hotel. The room was nice, with Man U signed shirts on the wall and free amenities like a mini fridge and dressing gowns. However, the price could have been better for what was offered.

The room got uncomfortably hot with no openable windows, and when I requested a fan, the reception's response was rather rude.
